Prevention

Defective carving openings can be repaired by a way of a rassverlivaniye, a narezaniye of a carving of bigger diameter and installation of screw carving plugs.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To measure diameter, a step and depth of a carving in the damaged opening. If necessary it is necessary to use the restrictive rings established on cutting tool (a drill, a tap). The height of rings is defined by depth of a processed opening.
Prevention

To specify the demanded diameter of a drill and the sizes of a tap according to the instruction enclosed by the manufacturer of a repair kit.


2. Рассверлить an opening with a defective carving. To remove shavings and agnails.
3. To cut a carving. Previously to grease a tap with engine oil (except a case of a narezaniye of a carving in the aluminum block of cylinders). To clean a carving.
Prevention

In order to avoid an opening zabivaniye shaving follows periodically (through some working turns) to unscrew and clear a tap.


4. To screw the carving plug on an opravka of the assembly adaptation, fig. Repair of carving openings. To enter into gearing a plug tip with an opravka.
5. To grease an external carving of the plug with engine oil (except a case of installation of the plug in the aluminum block) and to screw in in an opening.
Prevention
