Control panel systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
The main system of heating is intended for heating and ventilation of salon, removal of hoarfrost and the condensed moisture from a windscreen, and on some cars – and for обдува lateral glasses. 1) The fan with an electric drive (supercharger). Provides adjustable supply of external air in the salon, used further for conditioning and distribution on вентиляцион to ny nozzles. 2) Heater heat exchanger. It is intended for heating of air arriving in salon at the expense of heat of cooling liquid of the engine. 3) Zaslonka of air temperature regulation. The amount of the air passing through the heat exchanger of a heater, and the air temperature depends on the provision of a zaslonka, arriving in salon. The air heated up in a heater before receipt in salon mixes up with atmospheric air. 4) Zaslonka of air distribution. Regulates distribution of warmed-up air on channels of a heater or обдува a windscreen. The control panel is established by systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (KV) on the console in car salon. On the panel three rotary regulators and two buttons are located: an air temperature regulator by means of which the proportion of mixing of warmed-up air from the atmospheres ny is established; a regulator of distribution of air on nozzles обдува a windscreen, to ventilating openings in the control panel of the car and to floor ventilating openings; 4-speed regulator of the fan; the button of 1 inclusion of a mode of a retsirkulyatsiya of air (access of external air to salon stops); button of 2 turning on of the conditioner of air. The conditioner turns on in pressing the button 2 provided that the fan (the regulator of the fan is in one of four working positions) is switched on. Zaslonka of regulation of air temperature is supplied hummock, and zaslonka of distribution of air – a vacuum drive. For the maximum increase in air temperature arriving in salon, turn the handle of a regulator of temperature clockwise in a red zone of a scale. For decrease in air temperature to atmospheric level, the handle should be turned in the opposite direction, in a dark blue zone of a scale. Air temperature smoothly changes between two extreme values in process of regulator turn in this or that party. Having established a regulator in intermediate situation, it is possible to receive desirable air temperature. The 4-speed regulator of the fan works irrespective of provisions of regulators of temperature and air distribution. Speed of rotation of the fan and supply of air can be changed at any provisions of regulators of temperature and air distribution. |
