Before starting carrying out servicing of the KB system connected with demontazhy of pipelines or knots of system, it is necessary to familiarize with the corresponding paragraphs of the present section in detail. When servicing system of CB and its knots it is necessary to be guided strictly by the instructions provided below on a discharge and a system charging a coolant, доливу oils etc. Safety covers should be removed from unions of units of KB system only directly ahead of installation. At installation connected details grease with pure refrigerating oil of brand 525 if the system is filled хладаген volume R-12, or PAG oil in case of use of coolant R-134a. At assembly it is authorized to use only new sealing rings of round section which dip previously into capacity with pure refrigerating oil: respectively brands 525 or PAG depending on used brand of a coolant. Greasing facilitates assembly and helps to provide tightness of connection. At an inhaling of carving connections it is necessary to use the second wrench for deduction of a motionless detail. Only this way it is possible to provide density of a joint and the correct assembly.

The final tightening of shtutserny connections of pipelines should be made according to the inhaling moments. Insufficient or too strong inhaling of connections can lead respectively to leaky connection or deformation of details. In both cases leakages of a coolant are possible.
