+ Electric equipment
The compressor has a disconnected remenny drive from a cranked shaft of the engine. Frictional coupling with electromagnetic inclusion is built in a pulley of the compressor. When coupling is switched off, the shaft of the compressor does not rotate. At coupling inclusion on a winding of an electromagnet passes a current and electromagnetic forces press a conducted disk of coupling to a rotating pulley. The shaft of the compressor starts to rotate at the same time with a pulley.
At work the compressor compresses pairs of coolant which are brought to it on the pipeline from the evaporator. On an exit from the compressor pressure and temperature паров increase. For greasing of knots of a friction of the compressor refrigerating oil which arrives in the compressor in a mix with pairs of coolant serves.
The compressor is supplied with the reduktsionny valve which carries out protective function. In certain cases pressure on an exit of the compressor can reach maximum permissible value. For an exception of damage of KV system the reduktsionny valve is adjusted on limiting pressure of 3140-3623 kPas when using in system of coolant R-12 and 3171-4137 kPas when using coolant R-134a. If the reduktsionny valve worked, it is necessary to eliminate the reasons of excessive increase of pressure (failure of the switch of a high pressure, failure of the electric fan, etc.) and if necessary to replace a coolant and refrigerating oil.
Condenser heat exchanger
The heat exchanger of the condenser is located before a radiator of system of cooling of the engine and intended for fast cooling and condensation compressed by the compressor to a high pressure паров a coolant in liquid. Cooling is provided at the expense of a heat transfer in the air washing a coil теплообменни with the developed orebreniye.
Throttle branch pipe
The plastic throttle branch pipe with a throttle opening and the mesh filter is built in the pipeline bringing a liquid coolant to the heat exchanger of the evaporator. The throttle provides ограниче scientific research institute of an expense of a liquid coolant and pressure decrease on an entrance in the evaporator. The throttle branch pipe and a throttle are protected from a contamination by means of the mesh filters located on an entrance and an exit of a branch pipe. The throttle branch pipe is replaced only assembled. After an engine stop (at the included KB system) the liquid coolant continues some time (before alignment of pressure) a leak through a throttle branch pipe from an elevated pressure zone in a zone of low pressure. The current of liquid is accompanied characteristic by a hissing sound which is audible during 30–60 with the ambassador of switching off of the engine. It is quite normal.
Evaporator heat exchanger
The evaporator is intended for cooling and reduction of humidity of the air arriving in salon of the car. After passing of a liquid coolant through a throttle pressure decreases and the coolant gets to the evaporator heat exchanger. Cooling of the air washing the developed orebrenny surface of the evaporator, is provided at the expense of a heat transfer from air to a coolant which passes to a gaseous state with heat absorption. When cooling air on cold tubes and evaporator edges at the same time there is a condensation containing in air паров waters. At the switched-on conditioner the condensed moisture flows down from the evaporator.
The tight receiver is connected to the target pipeline of the evaporator. In a receiver the gaseous coolant with impurity of a small amount of liquid fraction of a coolant and a thaw of refrigerating oil arrives. In the lower part of a receiver the capacity with an absorber паров waters which protects system from water hit is located. In the lower part of an intaking tube the small opening for mixture паров a coolant with refrigerating oil and ensuring circulation of oil in system is executed. In the top part of the case of a receiver unions for connection of pipelines are located. The similar union can be used for installation of the switch of unloading of the compressor. Replacement of the switch can be made without the Quarter system discharge. The receiver is not subject to repair and is replaced only assembled.
