The engine of the car is intended for operation only on unleaded gasoline. Unleaded fuel provides normal work of system of neutralization of toxic components of the fulfilled gases, reduces deposits on spark plugs and prolongs service life of engine oil. At work on servicing or repair of fuel system it is necessary to observe the following rules.

It is necessary to disconnect always a negative wire of the storage battery except for cases when tension is necessary for testing of knots of fuel system. Before a detachment of fuel pipelines or other knots it is necessary to reduce pressure of fuel in system to the atmospheric.

At installation and dismantle of shtutserny connections of pipelines always to use two wrenches: one – for a nut inhaling, another – for union deduction. The moment of an inhaling carving connect niya it is equal 30 Nanometers.

In system of injection of fuel pipelines and shtutserny connections with round sealing rings are used.

In multipoint system of injection of fuel of a nozzle are established in collectors of each cylinder of the engine. Fuel nozzles EBU of the engine which provides giving of necessary amount of fuel on all power setting operates.

The fuel pump with an electric drive is placed in a fuel tank.

The pump supports continuous circulation of cold gasoline on feeding and drain pipelines.

For turning on of the fuel pump the relay serves. At ignition key turn the relay turns on the pump in the situation RUN (Ignition is included) on 1,5 – 2,0 with for supply of fuel to nozzles. If during this time of EBU the engine does not receive a signal from the distributor of ignition, EBU switches off the relay and the fuel pump. When receiving EBU of a signal from the relay distributor again turns on the pump.

Usually fuel tank takes place from below in a back part of the car.

For a hit exception паров gasoline in the atmosphere the tank is equipped with the ventilating pipeline connected to a tank for collecting паров.

Before carrying out any works with fuel system it is necessary to execute the following.

1) To disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.

2) To put on goggles.

3) To pump out fuel the pump or by means of a siphon in safe capacity in the fire relation.

To prevent erroneous filling of the car by etilirovanny gasoline, the limiter of diameter of a tip of the refueling gun and a reflector are built in a mouth of a jellied branch pipe.

The fuel level sensor is established in front on the bottom of a fuel tank. In system fuel moves the pump via the pipeline located from above of a fuel tank, and merges in a tank on the bottom hose.
