Effective work and durability of KB system depend on purity of a coolant. At hit in KB system of extraneous substances (moisture, dirt, air) breaks ся stability of properties of a coolant and refrigerating oil. The temperature of boiling and coolant condensation that affects system effectiveness of KB changes, there is possible a corrosion of internal cavities of units and system pipelines, wear of details is accelerated. For ensuring chemical purity of a coolant in use KV systems it is necessary to observe the following general rules. 1. Before dismantling of connections of KB system it is necessary to clear carefully them of dirt and oil to prevent system pollution. Right after a detachment of the pipeline it is necessary to put on protective caps the union and the pipeline or to screw jams. 2. The tool should be kept clean in a dry place. This requirement belongs also to a collector of control manometers and spare parts 3 At доливе refrigerating oil of brand 525 or PAG, applied according to coolants R-12 and R-134a, it is necessary to use only pure and dry capacities and hoses that in the greatest possible degree to reduce moisture hit in oil. 4.
