14. To remove pistons 160 with rods 159 from necks of a cranked shaft.

Prevention

To examine the corresponding loose leaves on existence of impregnations of extraneous particles, in the presence of similar defects it is necessary to find out an origin of these alien particles.

If the sizes and a shape of necks are in admissible limits, it is necessary to write down results of measurements for the subsequent selection of a set of loose leaves. If a condition of necks unsatisfactory, it is possible to restore a shaft rabosposobnost repolishing of necks. Shaft with nakatanny galtel are subject to replacement.
Prevention

To check an arrangement of ledges of the radical bearing. If they are located not to the line, a cranked shaft will bend, and is subject to replacement.



To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. New loose leaves 120,121, cranked shaft 119.
2. Covers of 122 radical bearings with new loose leaves. Not to tighten bolts 123. Previously to oil loose leaves.
3. To establish heads of rods with new loose leaves 158 on necks of a cranked shaft.
4. Covers of rods with new loose leaves. Not to tighten shatunny bolts 156. Previously to oil loose leaves.
5. In hammer blows with rubber brisk on the ends of a cranked shaft to center persistent bearings 121.
6. To tighten bolts of radical bearings the moment of 50 Nanometers., then in addition to tighten them turn on a corner 45 °–60 °. To check an axial gap of a cranked shaft. It should be within 0,07–0,30 mm.
7. To tighten bolts of shatunny bearings the moment of 25 Nanometers., then in addition to tighten them turn on a corner 30 °.
8. To measure lateral gaps of all rods. Gaps should be within 0,07–0,242 mm.
9. Oil pump 137.
10. New forward consolidation коленчато го a shaft, using the KM-417 adaptation.
11. Back cover of a gear belt.
12. Cogwheel 141.
13. Oil pallet 125.
14. New back consolidation 117.
15. A flywheel to tighten bolts the moment of 35 Nanometers, then in addition to tighten turn on 30 °–45 °.
16. Gear belt and cover.
17. A pulley to tighten bolts the moment of 55 Nanometers.
