2.2. Greasing system

GENERAL INFORMATION

Lubricant system of the engine

The compulsory system of greasing includes the polnopotochny oil filter and the shesterenny pump. The pump takes away oil from the pallet which passes through the reception mesh filter, and submits it to greasing system via the oil filter. On the engine the polnopotochny oil filter with a cardboard filtering element is established.

In system it is provided by the roundabout suited the filter on which oil arrives to rubbing details of the engine at a contamination and increase in resistance of the oil filter. From the filter oil goes to the trunk oil main from which oil channels of radical bearings depart. In rods small openings through which oil is sprayed on internal walls of cylinders for providing greasing and in pistons for their cooling are executed. The vertical channel departs from the trunk oil main for an oil supply to the cam-shaft case. Oil arrives to the central axial canal of a cam-shaft through a radial opening in a neck of the third bearing and is distributed to other bearings. The vertical channel is connected with the top longitudinal oil channel drilled on the left side in a head of cylinders. In the channel the reduktsionny valve which limits pressure of oil in a head of cylinders is established. On the same channel oil arrives to hydrojacks of gaps of inlet valves, and via the additional channel – and to hydrojacks of final valves. Cams of a cam-shaft oil ся, arriving of the central channel through radial drillings in cams.
