PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Cover of the 6th case of a cam-shaft.

2. For deduction of valves to bring the compressed air in engine cylinders through the adapters screwed in candle openings.

3. To compress klapanny springs 32.

4. Levers 36 and hydrojacks 37, previously having marked them with serial numbers for further assembly.

5. Cogwheel of a cam-shaft 47.

6. Distributor of ignition 14.

7. A persistent plate of the 11th cam-shaft to take out a cam-shaft 51 of a back opening of the case 8.

To check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Cogwheel.

2. Shponochny flute and carving.

3. Necks of bearings and cams on existence:
      – wear;
      – developments;
      – deepenings;
      – overheat traces.

Prevention

The defective camshaft is not subject to repair, it is necessary to replace it.

At installation of a new camshaft it is necessary to replace all pushers of valves (except roller), necks of bearings. To measure not coaxiality and diameter of necks of bearings at the control stand. If the sizes do not keep within the established admissions, to replace a camshaft.

If on the Engine the new camshaft is established, it is necessary to add in engine oil an additive of ER brand 1051396 or similar. To grease camshaft cams with greasing of type 1052367 or similar.

To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A sealant 49 on a forward neck of a cam-shaft. To use the assembly adaptation.

2. Cam-shaft 51. At installation of a shaft not to damage consolidation.

3. Back persistent plate 11. To tighten bolts the moment of 8 Nanometers. To measure an axial gap of a cam-shaft. An allowed axial gap of 0,04-0,16 mm.

4. Distributor of ignition 14.

5. Cogwheel of a cam-shaft 47, gear belt 44, forward cover of a belt.

6. For deduction of valves to bring the compressed air in engine cylinders through the adapters screwed in candle openings.

7. Levers 36 and hydrojacks 37 on the places.
