Prevention

At dismantle of a head of cylinders or cases of a cam-shaft it is necessary to replace head laying. To turn on bolts of fastening of a head follows only on the cold engine. At assembly to use new bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Bottom hose of a radiator.

2. To merge cooling liquid.

3. Negative wire of the storage battery.

4. A generator arm, previously having rejected the generator aside.

5. The distributor 14 with wires.

6. Cables from:
      – arm of the inlet pipeline;
      – butterfly valve cases;
      – the switch on the lowest transfer.

7. All vacuum hoses from the case of a butterfly valve and the inlet pipeline.

8. Hoses:
– fuel (bringing and drain);

Prevention

Fuel pipelines are under pressure. Not to disconnect hoses before pressure reduction in fuel system.

      – hoses of system of cooling of the engine and a heater from the lower part of the case of a butterfly valve and a hose from an entrance branch pipe of the pump of a smyvatel;
      – a hose from a cover and a branch pipe of the 155th compulsory ventilation of a case of the engine from the case 8;
      – top hose of a radiator.

2. Fixing bolts of a head and carving openings in the block of cylinders should be pure. At dirt hit in openings the density of a joint of details can be broken at an inhaling of bolts by the nominal moment.
