If necessary repair of a sharnirny steering shaft 19 is carried out as follows.
Prevention

Before disconnecting from each other top 20 and the bottom 23 parts of a steering shaft, it is necessary to notice a relative positioning of a longitudinal flute on a shaft 20 and лыски under a coupling bolt on a shaft 23. If to turn a steering shaft 19 so that the flute under a uvula of blocking of a steering shaft settled down from above (the hour hand is at 12 o'clock), situation лыски should correspond to the hour hand indicating at 7 o'clock. At assembly of a detail of a steering shaft should be established in the same situation.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn a steering shaft 20 on 90 degrees of rather bottom shaft 23 and to disconnect the last from the hinge, see fig. Dismantle of axes of the rotary case of a steering column.
2. To turn a spherical cracker on 90 degrees and to take out it from a fork of a shaft 20.
3. To separate hemispherical crackers 21 and to remove previously the loaded spring 22.

Correct mutual provision of the top and bottom steering shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To grease hemispherical crackers 21 and a spring with the 22nd konsistentny lithium greasing.
2. To establish a spring 22 between hemispherical crackers 21, having inserted the spring ends into the corresponding grooves of crackers, see fig. Dismantle of axes of the rotary case of a steering column.
3. To grease a fork of the top shaft with the 20th konsistentny lithium greasing.
4. To insert crackers 21 assembled into a fork of a shaft 20 and to develop them on 90 degrees.
5. To grease a fork of the bottom shaft with the 23rd konsistentny lithium greasing.
Prevention

For the correct assembly top 20 and the bottom 23 steering shaft to execute the following. To turn the top shaft 20 so that the flute under a uvula of blocking of a steering shaft settled down from above (an hour hand at 12 o'clock). Lyska on the end of the bottom shaft 23 should settle down from below at the left (an hour hand at 7th o'clock), see fig. Correct mutual provision of the top and bottom steering shaft.


6. To develop the top shaft 20 on 90 degrees of rather bottom shaft 23.
7. To insert a fork of a shaft 23 into the hinge and to straighten a steering shaft assembled.

All fixing details used in assembly operations described below, should be densely wrapped before a final inhaling the moment of the demanded size.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A support 26 to a flange of a casing 27 by means of bolts 25. To tighten bolts the moment of 16 Nanometers.
2. An emphasis 24 about a support 26 and a spring ring into place.
3. To insert a steering shaft 19 into an opening of a support 26.
4. To grease both bearings of the rotary case 12 of a column with konsistentny lithium greasing.
5. To establish the case 12 on a shaft 19 and in a support 26.
6. To grease axes 13 with konsistentny lithium greasing
7. To insert axes 13 into case 12 openings against the stop.
Prevention

After installation it is necessary закернить for an axis 13 in the case 12. Кернить each axis in three places which have been evenly located on a circles.


8. To pull for the mechanism lever регулиро vaniye of a tilt angle of a steering wheel and to lift a steering wheel most up.
9. To grease a spring of the 17th mechanism of adjustment of a tilt angle of a steering wheel with konsistentny lithium greasing.
10. Spring 17 and holder 18. To be convinced that the end of a spring 17 is put on a hook of a support 26. To insert a krestovy screw-driver into a square opening of the holder of the 18th spring, to press down and having turned a screw-driver clockwise, to fix the holder 18.
Prevention

To provide at installation coincidence of a uvula of the cylinder of the lock and a groove of the switch of ignition 15, it is necessary to turn previously them in the situation "RUN".


11. The switch of ignition 15 in the case 14. To be convinced that the pin entered into an opening of an eye of the switch 15.
12. To screw the adjusting screw 16 and to tighten it by hand (the moment about 0,3 Nanometers).
13. The cylinder of the lock of ignition about the case 14.
14. To attach the case 14 to the rotary case 12 of a steering column by means of washers of 11 and srezny bolts 10. To tighten bolts and to cut off heads, having put a torque about 11 Nanometers.
15. To turn the cylinder of the lock of ignition the situation "OFF-LOCK" and to take out a key.
16. To turn a steering shaft 19 before operation of the lock of blocking.
17. Internal ring 9, saddle 8, spring 5 top bearings and holder 4.
18. To press on the holder 4 and to compress a spring 5, see fig. Dismantle and installation of a spring ring.
19. A spring ring 3 in a flute on the top helmsman to a shaft 20.
20. The case of 7 lever switches on the rotary case 12. To screw screws 6 and to tighten them the moment of 3,4 Nanometers.
21. Directing plug 28 for the bottom end of a steering shaft 23 and in a nest of a casing 27.

Prevention

After connection of a steering shaft with a shaft of the steering mechanism to take out directing plug 28 of a casing 27 and to leave it on the helmsman to a shaft 19 for use further.


23. A spring of 21 mechanisms of switching off of indexes of turn and a steering wheel on a shaft.
24. To screw a nut 1 and to tighten it the moment of 17 Nanometers.
