12.2. General description
The Reechny steering mechanism consists of two main details: gear wheel and gear lath. The gear wheel is vzatsepleniya with a lath. The steering mechanism will transform a rotary motion of a gear wheel in a postupatel aching moving of a lath which is connected by lateral sharnirny drafts with levers of turn of operated wheels. In the steering hydraulic booster the rotor hydraulic distributor which operates switching of highways is used. At turn of a steering wheel in this or that party, the distributor connects to the delivery highway of the pump one of cavities of the hydrocylinder and at the same time other cavity – with plums. The piston of the hydrocylinder is fixed on a rod which is continuation of a gear lath. The piston will transform a difference of pressure of working liquid to force which moves a lath to the left and to the right and through steering drafts and levers turns operated wheels of the car. At failure of the steering amplifier possibility of driving remains, but efforts on a steering wheel increase. Rotation of a steering wheel is transferred by steering shaft to a shaft gear wheel which is in gearing with a lath. The steering mechanism will transform a rotary motion of a shaft gear wheel to forward moving of a lath. In hydrosystem of the steering amplifier the lopastny pump is used. The protective cover, directing level of a lath, a plunzher of a lath and the hydraulic distributor will not enclose to repair in operation and are replaced assembled with the steering mechanism. The pump of hydrosystem is supplied with a separate tank for working liquid. Protect the telny valve which has been built in a regulator of an expense, limits limiting value of pressure of forcing of the pump. The steering column of the car has the following features of a design: – the power absorbing device which improves passive safety of the car. At a head-on collision of the car the steering column is deformed in the longitudinal direction, absorbing energy of blow. It reduces probability of a travmirovaniye of the driver; The steering column can be easily dismantled and is again established on the car. Prevention All cars with automatic transmission and a floor arrangement of the lever of the selector of ranges, are equipped with the device of blocking of the lock of ignition. The device includes a flexible cable which is connected by one end with the lever of the selector of ranges, and another – with a blocking pin of the lock of ignition. In positions of the R, N or D selector the pin does not allow to turn the ignition key in the situation "Lock". "R" (Parking) gives the device of blocking possible попорот a key in this situation only after moving of the lever of the selector of ranges to a position. If the ignition key is in the situation "Lock", the selector lever – in the situation "R", the pin enters into interaction with a cam of a cable and blocks moving of the lever of the selector from the situation "R". On the cars equipped with a box to transfer with manual control, blocking of inclusion of a starter is provided at the released pedal of coupling. |
