4. A spring 18, a plunzher 14 with a sealing ring 15 from a case.
5. A spring ring 4 from a flute of a case 55.

7. Holding a shaft in motionless situation, to unscrew a nut 21 from a shaft gear wheel.
Prevention

Otvorachivaniye 21 without fixing of a shaft gear wheel can lead nuts to breakage of teeths of a gear wheel of the helmsman механиз ма. By means of a press to press a carving shaft of a shaft gear wheel and выпрессовать from the bearing 22 a shaft neck.


Carrying out complete dismantle of a shaft gear wheel assembled with the distributor is not required.

Prevention

Holding a distributor shaft in motionless situation, to tighten a nut 21 moment of 30 Nanometers. The inhaling of a nut 21 without fixing of a shaft gear wheel can lead to breakage of teeths of a gear wheel of the steering mechanism.


3. A cap 24 in a case 55.
4. The top bearing 7 on a shaft of the distributor and in a nest of a case 55.
5. Protective cap J-34614 on a distributor shaft.
6. Consolidation 6 and a boot 5 on a protective cap in a case 55.
7. A spring ring 4 in a flute of a case 55.
8. To grease with lithium konsistentny greasing a plunzher 14, a sealing ring 15, a spring 18 and an adjusting stopper 17.
9. Plunzher 14 with a sealing ring 15, a spring 18 and an adjusting stopper 17 in a case 55.
10. Having established a lath in average situation, to wrap clockwise an adjusting stopper 17 against the stop in a case. Then to unscrew a stopper on 30–40 degrees. The maximum size of the moment of a friction from a preliminary tightness of a spring of a plunzher should not exceed 1,8 Nanometers.
11. To screw a lock-nut 16 on a stopper 17. Holding a stopper, to tighten a lock-nut the moment of 70 Nanometers.
