To remove or disconnect

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Negative wire of the battery.
2. Air purifier.

4. To disconnect both arms of a damper from a case of the steering mechanism.
5. Steering damper.
6. To unscrew coupling bolts of klemmovy connections of the coupling of a steering shaft.
7. To pull together the elastic coupling up on a steering shaft.
8. To disconnect from the distributor case delivery and drain pipelines.
9. To take out the steering mechanism from an opening of the forward panel of the Body.
To remove from the steering mechanism opening consolidation in the forward panel of the Body.
10. To take out the steering mechanism through an aperture of a niche of the right wheel.
Prevention

If hairpins were dismantled together with assembly collars, it is necessary to screw hairpins on a place and to tighten the demanded moment.


To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The steering mechanism assembled through an aperture hiss the right wheel.
2. Consolidation of a forward board of the Body on a case of the steering mechanism.
3. To shift a lath in the average situation corresponding to rectilinear movement of the car, and to establish both assembly collars of fastening of a case to a forward board of the Body. To screw самоконтрящиеся nuts.
Prevention

6. To tighten bolts of fastening of steering drafts the moment of 90 Nanometers.
7. Steering damper. To attach to a case of the mechanism both of an arm of a damper. To tighten bolts of fastening of a damper of a steering the moment of 22 Nanometers.
8. To lower the coupling on a shaft-shes shaft thorns and to tighten the bottom coupling bolt of the coupling. To tighten a coupling bolt of the coupling of a steering shaft the moment of 22 Nanometers.
9. To extend up against the stop a steering shaft and to tighten the top coupling bolt of the coupling. To tighten a coupling bolt of the coupling of a steering shaft the moment of 22 Nanometers.
10. To check, that the lath of the steering mechanism remained on the average situation.
11. To attach a negative wire of the battery.
