GENERAL INFORMATION

Necessary equipment:

– SCANNER-11 device.
Prevention

Before air removal from system it is necessary to bring pistons of modulators of lobbies and back wheels into extreme top situation. For this purpose it is necessary to give team by means of the SCANNER-11 device (F5 button). Operation of reduction of pistons of modulators in a starting position cannot be carried out, if TEBU are established codes of malfunctions. In the presence of the current KN it is necessary to eliminate at first all defects and to clear memory of TEBU of KN, and then to bring pistons into a starting position.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To lift and fix properly a car front, to hang out forward driving wheels.
2. To start the Engine, to include transfer to transmissions and to deduce the Engine on frequency of rotation of the shaft, corresponding to speed of movement of the car more than 5 km/h. Let's work to the engine in such mode not less than 10 pages.
3. To check a condition of a signaling device of "ABS". The signaling device should be switched off later about 3 pages. If the signaling device of "ABS" continues to burn more than 3 with, it is necessary to carry out diagnostics of malfunctions by means of the SCANNER-11 device. If the signaling device of "ABS" dies away and remains switched off, to switch off the Engine and to repeat operations 2 and 3 once again.
4. By means of the SCANNER-11 device which has been switched on in a mode of manual testing to give team to modulators on a zatormazhivaniye of all wheels.
5. To execute operations on air removal from a brake hydraulic actuator.
Prevention

It is authorized to use brake liquid which was stored only in the pure and densely closed container. It is forbidden to apply brake liquid from open capacities as liquid is hygroscopic and can contain a significant amount dissolved паров waters. It is not necessary to use brake liquid of the DOT 5 brand (kremniyorganichesky).
