To establish or attach

Prevention

Before installation of brake shoes to impose a thin layer of plastic greasing on places of contact of blocks with a basic disk. Completely to screw a nut 102 on a core of 101 regulators. To collect a regulator 14 and to establish it between brake and blocks. To check correctness of provision of a regulator. The nut 102 should not be jammed on a core carving (see fig. Regulator).


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Cardboard laying on a new basic disk.
2. A basic disk 4 on the suspension bracket lever. To tighten bolts of fastening of a basic disk to a flange of the lever of a suspension bracket the moment of 28 Nanometers.
3. The wheel cylinder on a basic disk. To tighten a bolt of fastening of the wheel cylinder to a basic disk the moment of 9 Nanometers.
4. The brake pipeline to the wheel cylinder. To tighten pipeline fastening by the moment of 16 Nanometers.
5. A cable of the parking brake in the holder.
6. Nave of a back wheel.
7. Details of the brake mechanism.
8. To remove air from a brake hydraulic actuator.
