The main brake cylinder is intended for a double-circuit brake drive with the diagonal scheme of division of contours. One pair wheel cylinders of forward and back brakes is served by the forward piston, and the second pair diagonalno the located wheel cylinders – the back piston. The two-section brake cylinder is in addition equipped with the sensor of level of brake liquid in a tank and regulators of brake forces (proportional valves).

At repair of the main brake cylinder it is necessary to replace all details entering into a repair kit.

For simplification of installation to grease rubber details with fresh brake liquid.

It is forbidden to blow and dry details of a brake hydraulic actuator the compressed air from an industrial network as oil containing in compressed air will put out of action rubber consolidations.

At dismantle or a detachment of pipelines and knots of a hydraulic actuator it is necessary to remove after assembly air from all system or separate contours.

The given moments of an inhaling of carving connections are given for dry fixing details without lubricant.

All repair work is necessary for making on a pure workbench. It is necessary to accept precautionary measures for an exception of possibility of hit on a detail of a hydraulic actuator of mineral oils.
