To measure

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is necessary to measure thickness in four or more places on a disk circle. All measurements are carried out at identical distance from external edge of a disk.
2. If the thickness of a disk measured in various places differs more, than on 0,01 mm, when braking pulsations of effort on a brake pedal will be felt, and also vibration of a front of the car is possible. The worn-out disk, not satisfying to this requirement, it is necessary перешлифовать or to replace new.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To include a neutral in transmissions.
2. To lift the car.
3. To remove forward wheels. To mark the provision of wheels concerning naves.
4. To fix a brake disk on a nave two wheel bolts.
5. To establish on a brake bracket the measuring indicator.
6. To establish щуп the indicator at distance about 10 mm from external edge of a disk. Shchup should be perpendicular the planes of a disk and is pressed to a disk by small effort. Allowed face palpation of a disk no more than 0,1 mm. If face palpation exceeds admissible value, it is necessary to check purity and density of a prileganiye of the interfaced surfaces of a disk and a nave, and also absence задиров on a surface of a friction of a disk.
7. To remove the indicator.
8. To unscrew wheel bolts.
9. To establish forward wheels and to tighten fixing bolts the moment of 90 Nanometers.
10. To lower the car.
