To remove or disconnect

Prevention

Back consolidation 127 cranked shaft can be replaced without dismantle of the oil pallet or a cranked shaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Transmission case.

2. Fixing bolts and flywheel 126.

3. A casing of coupling 123 and a conducted disk of coupling (only a hand-operated transmission).

4. To take out back consolidation 127. To clear a landing nest of consolidation in the block and a condensed neck of a shaft.

To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. New back consolidation 127 in a nest of the block of cylinders. To press consolidation evenly on all perimeter (to use J36792 opravka). For simplification of assembly to grease an external surface of consolidation.

2. Flywheel.

Prevention

To use only new bolts.

3. To tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel the moment of 35 Nanometers, then in addition to tighten turn on 30 °–45 °.

4. Casing of coupling 123. To tighten bolts of fastening of a casing of a flywheel the moment of 35 Nanometers.

5. A conducted disk of coupling (only a hand-operated transmission).

6. Transmission case.
