PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Forward cover 73 gear belts.
2. Pulley 157.
3. Two bolts of fastening of the steering amplifier.
4. To weaken, but not to turn out completely 3 bolts of the 166th fastening of the water pump, to take away the pump 167 by means of the KM-421A adaptation and to remove a gear belt.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation of a gear belt it is necessary to check correctness of mutual angular provision of camshafts and a cranked shaft of the engine.
1а. The label of I cogwheels on a wreath And an inlet cam-shaft should settle down opposite to label Е of a cogwheel In a final cam-shaft (see fig. An arrangement of labels at the correct installation of cam-shafts and a cranked shaft).
1б. The label on a cogwheel 153 cranked shaft should be opposite to the index on a cover 155.
1в. Gear the belt should be established with preservation of the direction of movement.
1г. By means of the KM-421A adaptation to take away the water pump 167 as much as possible to weaken a natyazhitel of a gear belt, to screw and slightly to tighten a bolt of fastening of the water pump. To turn clockwise on 2 turns a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and to check coincidence of labels (see fig. An arrangement of labels at the correct installation of cam-shafts and a cranked shaft).
1д. To turn the water pump 167 counter-clockwise so that labels And and In on the lever and an arm of a natyazhitel rose the friend opposite to the friend. To tighten bolts 166 and once again to check coincidence of labels And and V.Esli labels were displaced, to repeat the described operation.
2. To tighten a bolt of fastening of the water pump the moment of 8 Nanometers.
3. The pump 58 of the steering hydraulic booster on a back cover 52 gear belts and to screw in two bolts 59.
4. To tighten bolts of fastening of the pump of the steering amplifier the moment of 20 Hм.
5. Pulley 157 cranked shaft.
6. Forward cover 73 gear belts.
7. To tighten bolts of fastening of a forward cover of a belt the moment of 8 Nanometers.
8. A pulley of the pump of the steering amplifier (see fig. Dismantle of a pulley of the pump of the steering amplifier). To tighten bolts of fastening of a pulley of the pump of the steering amplifier the moment of 20 Nanometers.
9. To adjust a tension of belts of the generator and the conditioner compressor.
