 To remove or disconnect

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Oil pallet 134, oil pump 147, head of cylinders 33.
2. To lower the piston 175 in the lowest situation. To remove a fillet on a cylinder mirror.
3. To uncover 172 bottom heads and loose leaves 173 shatunny bearings. Previously to mark details with serial number of the cylinder.
4. A rod with the piston 175. Establish previously on shatunny bolts protective plugs. To clear an internal surface of cylinders by means of a fabric moistened in oil.

To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pistons 175 with rods.
Prevention

Before assembly to grease all details. To establish the piston in the assembly adaptation for compression of piston rings and to shift it in the cylinder, slightly tapping on the piston bottom.

The arrow should be directed on the bottom of the piston to a forward part of the engine. To establish rods on necks of a cranked shaft 128.

2. To establish loose leaves of 173 shatunny bearings.
Prevention

Loose leaves, necks of a shaft and a cover should be oiled. To use only new shatunny bolts.

3. Covers of shatunny bearings.
4. To tighten shatunny bolts the moment of 25 Nanometers, then in addition to tighten turn on 30 °.
5. Oil pump 147, oil pallet 134, head of cylinders 33.
