3. Forward cover 73 gear belts, belt, cogwheel 63 cam-shafts.
4. Back 27, intermediate 29, lobby of 32 covers of bearings of a cam-shaft, distributor of ignition 26.
5. Forward consolidation of the 18th cam-shaft, a cam-shaft 19, pushers 20 with hydrojacks.
Prevention

It is necessary to mark cam-shafts and then at assembly to establish each cam-shaft on the place.

To check numbers on covers of bearings for the correct subsequent installation.

To mark pushers in order that at assembly of the mechanism to establish them on the places.

2. Existence of wear tracks or other defects on cams of cam-shafts.

To establish or attach

Prevention

Before installation to grease with engine oil of a neck of a cam-shaft and a cover of bearings. It is necessary to establish each cam-shaft on the place.

3. Back 27, intermediate 29, lobby of 32 covers of bearings of a cam-shaft, distributor of ignition 26.
Prevention

It is necessary to establish covers of bearings of a cam-shaft on the places according to marking.

4. To tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of a cam-shaft in 2-3 receptions, gradually increasing the inhaling moment.
5. To grease with engine oil consolidation of the 18th cam-shaft and to establish it into place by means of the assembly KM-422 adaptation.
6. A cogwheel 63 with a washer 64.
7. To tighten a bolt of fastening of a cogwheel of a cam-shaft the moment of 60 Nanometers.
8. Gear belt and forward cover 73 belts.
Prevention

It is necessary to check correctness of angular provision of cam-shafts and a cranked shaft.

9. A cover 7 klapanny mechanisms with laying 15.
10. To tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of the klapanny mechanism the moment of 8 Nanometers.
11. Ventilating hose and negative wire of the storage battery.
