Ryadny 4-cylinder, 4-тактный the petrol Engine of water cooling is equipped with two camshafts which are located in a head of cylinders. 16 valves (on 4 on each cylinder) are established V-shapedly. The drive of cam-shafts carries out ся from a cranked shaft a gear belt. One of two cam-shafts operates group of inlet valves, and other shaft – final valves. In a drive of valves there are hydraulic jacks of thermal gaps.

The block of cylinders is cast from an aluminum alloy and unites four rowed cylinders. In boring of the block of cylinders pig-iron sleeves are established.

The cast head of the block of cylinders from an aluminum alloy is executed according to the cross-section scheme of a purge of cylinders. Jacks of gaps are established in a drive of each valve.

The shod steel cranked shaft leans on five radical bearings with вставны ми loose leaves. Necks are located by Shatunnye in one plane through 180 degrees.

The pig-iron camshaft is established on five bearings in the aluminum case which is located from above heads of cylinders. Rotation is transferred to a camshaft from a cranked shaft of the engine by means of a gear belt and a wheel established on the forward end of a cam-shaft.

The cogwheels established on both camshafts have alone vy form and are marked by letters I and E (respectively for a shaft operating inlet, and for a shaft, operating final valves).


Prevention

The new camshafts established on inlet and final valves, are interchangeable. However the shaft which were in operation, are not interchangeable.


Pistons are made of an aluminum alloy. On pistons it is established on two kompressionny and on one maslosjemny ring. For reduction of pressure of the piston by a cylinder wall during a working course of an axis of piston fingers have cross-section shift of 0,35-1,65 mm concerning a piston axis.

In interface of a piston finger to the piston mobile landing, and with the top head of a rod – dense landing is used.

Movement is transferred to valves directly from camshaft cams. The hydrojacks established in pushers of valves, promote decrease in noise of the engine. The design of a drive of valves satisfies to conditions of hard work at high frequency of rotation of the engine and allows to reduce labor input of maintenance of the gas-distributing mechanism.
