If the Engine idles roughly and unstably, it is necessary to check a condition of KVK and a ventilating hose. The reason can consist in KVK or hose contamination. If necessary it is necessary to replace faulty details, being guided by the instructions provided below.

1) To remove KVK from an inlet collector.

2) To start the Engine on idling.

3) To close a finger KVK opening for razryazheniye stock-taking. If the razryazheniye is absent, to check on a contamination hoses and an opening in an inlet collector, and also the valve. To replace faulty details.

4) To switch off the Engine and to dismantle KVK. To shake the valve. Knock of a moving locking element of the valve should be thus audible.

If knock it is not audible, it is necessary to replace KVK. Sometimes, for example at strong wear of cylinders and piston rings or at long operation of the engine with high loading etc., capacity of SPVK becomes insufficiently for the admission of karterny gases in an inlet collector. In these cases the part of karterny gases is taken away in an air purifier and then burns down in engine cylinders.

Normal work of SPVK depends on a condition of consolidations of the engine. If in engine oil there was a deposit or it became more liquid, and SPVK works normally, it is necessary to check the Engine and to eliminate the found malfunctions.

Engine operation without ventilation of a case can lead to an engine exit out of operation. Therefore it is important to replace in time faulty KVK and periodically to change an air filtering element (or a separator at its existence). It is necessary to check periodically a condition of ventilating hoses and their collars and to replace defective details.
