Prevention
It is necessary to address carefully with KHH. It is forbidden to press or extend a locking element from the valve. It can lead to damage of a screw gear of KHH. In order to avoid failure the valve should not contact to any solvents or cleaners.

To clear and check

1. To clear a landing nest of a sealing ring, a saddle of the valve and the air channel. For removal of deposits it is necessary to use a cleaner for carburetors and a brush. Existence of brilliant spots on a locking element or a saddle of KHH is the normal phenomenon and does not testify to violation of coaxiality or deformation of a locking element. If the air channel is strongly polluted by deposits, it is necessary to dismantle the butterfly valve case for careful cleaning of the channel. |
2. To check a condition of a sealing ring, existence of cuts, cracks or deformations. To replace a defective ring. |

To measure (at installation of new KHH)
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Distance from the end of a locking element to the interfaced plane of a flange. If this distance exceeds 28 mm, it is necessary to press a finger and slowly to drown a locking element in the valve case. The effort necessary for moving of a locking element of the new valve, cannot cause damage of the mechanism of the valve. This correction of provision of a locking element excludes possibility of its emphasis in a saddle at KHH installation. The distance of 28 mm corresponds to the provision of a locking element idling at repeated start-up of the engine. |

To establish or attach
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To grease with engine oil a sealing ring of KHH. |
2. Idling valve. |
3. To screw fixing screws. To tighten the KHH fixing screws the moment of 3 Nanometers. |
4. Electric socket. |
5. To expose into position the KHH locking element. |
5а. To include ignition, without starting the Engine. |
5б. To connect to "weight" the plug of the diagnostic socket for 5 seconds. |
5в. To disconnect the plug from "weight". |
5г. To switch off ignition for 10 seconds. |
5д. To start the Engine and to check idling. |
