Prevention

To track after dismantle of nuts of a semi-axis did not leave internal mobile hinges. It will lead to dismantling of hinges. Probably also damage of hinges. During work in a zone of an arrangement of hinges of semi-axes it is necessary to use the protective covers which are put on rubber antisplash consolidations of hinges. Otherwise damage of details or consolidations of hinges and an exit of hinges out of operation is possible.


7. A bracket of the 57th brake from a bearing support. After dismantle it is necessary to fix a bracket not to damage brake hoses.

Prevention

For dismantle of external spherical hinges of a steering trapeze use stripper KM-507В.


11. Spring clamp of 1 nut 2.
11а. To raise a back handle of a clamp and to take out it for forward loops.
12. To unscrew a nut 2.
13. By means of stripper KM-507В to take out a finger of the spherical hinge from an opening of an arm of a bearing support.
Prevention

When using stripper KM-507В for dismantle of spherical hinges it is not necessary to pay attention to an inscription "This party to a wheel", vyshtampovanny on the adaptation.


14. To disconnect a semi-axis from a nave.
15. To fix a semi-axis.
16. To lower the car to turn on and remove two nuts 37 with washers 38.
17. Telescopic rack 33 assembled.
Prevention

At dismantle and further works with springs of racks not to allow chips or scratches of a covering of rounds of springs.

14. To release a nut of fastening of a semi-axis and to tighten it the moment of 20 Nanometers.
15. To tighten a nut of fastening of a semi-axis on 1/4 turns. If the cut of a nut does not coincide with an opening under шплинт in a semi-axis shaft, the additional tightening of a nut is forbidden. In this case it is necessary to release a nut and to repeat all operations at first.
