To remove or disconnect

It is necessary to use:

– stripper of 17-mm of a stopper of a cover of a case of transmission;
– KM-323 Shlitseva wrench;
– KM-552 Arm;
– KM-J-7004 Assembly adaptation;
– KM-526А Set of brackets;
– KM-304 Assembly rod;
– the assembly adaptation for installation of consolidation of primary shaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Negative wire of the storage battery.
2. To measure cвободную length of a carving tip of a cable. To write down result of measurement for use in the course of installation and preliminary adjustment of a new cable.
3. A tip of a cable 3 from the lever of the roller of 1 switching off of coupling.
3а. To remove a clip 2.
3б. To unscrew a nut 4.
4. To lift the car and to fix it properly.
5. Antisplash guard.
6. Left forward wheel.
7. A stopper from a case cover by means of stripper 17-mm.
8. The spring ring 102 fixing primary shaft 104. Before dismantle to mark with paint the mutual provision of primary shaft and the block of gear wheels.
9. To turn out from primary shaft the screw 103 by means of shlitsevy nut klyuchp-KM-323.
10. To establish in an opening of primary shaft a stripper. By means of the assembly KM-J-7004 adaptation to take out primary shaft from the block of gear wheels.
11. The pallet 15, having turned out bolts 16.
12. To press the lever of switching off of coupling and to establish one of brackets of set KM-525А in a window of a casing of the 26th coupling.
12а. To turn a flywheel on 120 degrees and to establish the second bracket.
12б. To turn a flywheel on 120 degrees and to establish the third bracket.
Prevention

Press and conducted disks cannot be dismantled without preliminary installation of three brackets (fig. Coupling with a hummock drive).

13. To unscrew bolts of the 28th fastening a coupling peel to a flywheel and to remove washers 27. To support a coupling casing at dismantle of the last bolt.
14. A casing of coupling 26 and a conducted disk 25.
15. To turn out a bolt of 24 forks and to remove a washer 23.
16. To take out the roller 1 up from a transmission case.
17. A fork 21 and vyzhimny the bearing 20 from the directing plug 19.
18. Directing plug 19, having unscrewed bolts 29.
18а. Consolidation 17 primary shaft from the directing plug 19.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Plugs 22 rollers of coupling. To use assembly rod KM-304. After installation to grease plugs with konsistentny greasing with designation No. 1052349 or equivalent.
2. Consolidation 17 primary shaft in directing plug 19. To use the assembly adaptation and a hammer.
3. A sealing ring 18 in I direct Shuya the plug 19 and to fix the plug 19 bolts 29 to a case. To tighten bolts направля the yushchy plug the moment of 5 Nanometers.
4. To grease a surface of the directing plug and a thin layer of konsistentny greasing with designation No. 1052349 or equivalent.
5. To grease an opening vyzhimny подшипни with a thin layer of konsistentny greasing with designation No. 1052349 or equivalent.
6. Vyzhimna the bearing 20 with a fork 21 on directing plug 19.
7. To insert from above the roller 1.
7а. To pass the roller in an opening of a fork 21.
7б. To level a fork concerning the roller and to fix it a bolt 24 with a washer 23. To tighten a fork bolt the moment of 35 Nanometers.
8. To establish in a press a new casing of the 26th coupling.
8а. To press by means of a press petals of a diafragmenny spring and to establish evenly on casing perimeter three brackets from set KM-526А.
9. A casing of coupling 26 with a conducted disk 25 on a flywheel. The extended part of a nave of a conducted disk should be turned to a transmission case.
9а. To grease shlitsa of a conducted disk with a thin layer of konsistentny greasing with designation No. 1052349 or equivalent.
9б. To combine labels on a flywheel and a coupling casing.
9в. To screw in a flywheel two bolts 28 with washers 27.
9г. To tighten bolts of a casing of coupling the moment of 15 Nanometers.
9д. To establish a conducted disk coaxially with a shlitsevy shaft of primary shaft. Primary shaft should be established in the block of gear wheels on initial labels.
10. To screw in a flywheel other bolts 28 with washers 27. To tighten bolts of a casing of coupling the moment of 15 Nanometers.
11. To establish primary shaft in an opening of the block of gear wheels. To use the assembly KM-J-7004 adaptation.
12. To screw the screw 103 by means of key KM-323. To tighten the screw of primary shaft the moment of 15 Nanometers.
13. Spring ring 102 primary shaft. The keen edge of a ring should be turned to a case cover.
14. A stopper of a cover of a case by means of a stripper. Before installation to put on a carving a teflon sealant for connections of pipelines. To tighten a stopper of a cover of a case the moment of 50 Nanometers.
15. To remove from a casing three brackets from set KM-526А.
16. The pallet 15 and to fix it bolts 16. To tighten bolts of the pallet of coupling the moment of 7 Nanometers.
17. Antisplash guard.
18. Left forward wheel.
19. To lower the car.
20. A tip 3 cables to the roller 1 lever.
21. To screw a nut 4 on a carving tip of a cable in situation which it occupied before dismantling.
22. To adjust a coupling cable.
