Coupling includes group of the leading details, a conducted disk and a drive. The case of coupling is executed at the same time with a case of mechanical transmission. Press the disk and a diafragmenny spring are established in a steel stamped casing of coupling. The casing is attached by bolts to a flywheel. Leading surfaces of a friction of a flywheel and a press disk are processed by grinding. The conducted disk has a shlitsevy nave which is established on a shaft of primary shaft of a transmission with possibility of axial movings. Connection of a conducted disk and primary shaft is intended to Shlitsevoye for transfer of a torque of the engine. The conducted disk is clamped between a flywheel and a press disk of coupling by a diafragmenny spring. The drive includes a coupling pedal, a cable, the roller with the lever, a fork and the bearing of switching off of coupling (Vyzhimny the bearing). By pressing a coupling pedal the cable pulls for the external lever of the roller and turns the roller with the fork fixed on it. Levers of a fork move press the bearing and influence petals of a diafragmenny spring, switching off coupling. |
