|9. To check anchor windings on short circuit and short circuit on "weight". Resistance of windings should be within 1,7–2,3 Ohm. Otherwise it is necessary to replace an anchor.

|12. To check the vypryamitelny block, having connected an ohmmeter to a conclusion of a phase winding of a stator and an air radiator of diodes. To repeat check, having traded places ohmmeter wires.
If ohmmeter indications in both cases are identical, it is necessary to replace the vypryamitelny block. Similarly to check two remained diode chains of the rectifier.
Some types of digital ohmmeters are not suitable for check of diodes. In this case it is required to consult from the representative of firm manufacturer concerning possibility of check of a condition of the vypryamitelny block.
|13. Consistently to check three diodes, connecting an ohmmeter to a conclusion of a phase winding and a basis plate. If at change of switching of plugs of an ohmmeter of the indication do not change, it is necessary to replace the vypryamitelny block.
|14. At assembly to tighten a nut the moment of 54-108 Nanometers, having fixed a shaft from rotation.
|15. To establish a new ring in a back cover of the generator.
|16. To press against the stop and to fix the new bearing in a nest of a back cover.
|17. To establish a shchetkoderzhatel on a back cover and to fix by means of the isolated screw. Having arranged a shchetkoderzhatel so that brushes were perpendicular to the vypryamitelny block, to fix a shchetkoderzhatel by means of a finger.
|18. To put a hermetic layer on interfaced surfaces of the vypryamitelny block and a back cover (for the best heat transfer and cooling of diodes) and to establish on a cover the vypryamitelny block. After installation of a shchetkoderzhatel and the vypryamitelny block to execute welded connections.
|19. To fix and connect welding a regulator of tension and the vypryamitelny block.
|20. To fix a pin a new reflective washer.
|21. To establish a stator, to weld on conclusions of phase windings of 3 wires of the vypryamitelny block. It is necessary to avoid a possible overheat of diodes when welding.
