GENERAL INFORMATION

Check of a condition and work of seat belts

Check serviceability of all elements of seat belts: integrity of belts, operation of locks, devices of tightening of belts and directing loops, reliability of fastening of drafts.

Check of serviceability of head restraints

If the car is equipped with adjustable head restraints, check reliability of their fixing in the chosen situation.

Fastening of a spare wheel and jack

Be attentive to knocks and noise in a back part of the car. Check reliability of fastening in the marching provision of a spare wheel, a jack and other tools. After use grease the ratchet or screw mechanism of a jack.

Service of locks of doors

Grease cylinders of locks of doors.

Service of details of the Body

Grease loops of a hinge plate of doors, a cowl, a luggage carrier, the hatch of a mouth of a fuel tank, covers of a perchatochny box and the console, locks and latches, and also all mobile connections of folding seats.

Check of blocking of inclusion of a starter (automatic transmission)

Prevention

Before check of serviceability of the blocking device be convinced that about the car is available rather free space. Then completely turn on the parking brake and press a brake pedal. Do not press an accelerator pedal. If the Engine is started, be ready to switch off ignition at once.
Strictly observe these recommendations as the car can unexpectedly get under way from a place and injure the people who were nearby or to damage property. Try to start the Engine at each position of the selector of an automatic transmission. If the blocking device is serviceable, the starter should join only in positions of the selector P (Parking) and N (Neutral).

Prevention

For check of efficiency of operation of the parking brake and the mechanism of blocking of an automatic transmission stop the car on rather abrupt bias. The bias should be free on a case of movement of the braked car. For an exception of risk of a travmirovaniye of the people who were nearby and damage of property be ready to press quickly a brake pedal if the car gets under way from a place and will sweep under a bias. Check of the parking brake is made at the working engine, the selector should be in situation N (Neutral). Gradually weakening pressing a brake pedal, completely release it. The car should keep on a bias in motionless situation by one parking brake. For check of serviceability of the mechanism of blocking of an automatic transmission move the selector to situation P (Parking), switch off the parking brake and gradually release a brake pedal.

Sink of the bottom of the Body

At least, every spring wash the Body bottom with a water stream for removal of deposits of the korrozionnoaktivny substances used for fight against ice on roads. Carefully wash out all places of a possible congestion of dirt.
In hard-to-reach spots it is necessary to humidify the hardened mud deposits previously.

System of cooling of the engine

Check a condition and temperature of freezing of cooling liquid. At pollution of cooling liquid or emergence of rusty color merge liquid, wash out system of cooling and fill it with new cooling liquid. Apply cooling liquid only the recommended concentration to providing low temperature of freezing, protection of system of cooling from corrosion and maintenance of a normal temperature mode of the engine. Check a condition of hoses and replace them in the presence of cracks, swellings and other defects. Tighten collars. Clear external surfaces of a radiator and the condenser of the conditioner of air. Wash out a jellied mouth and a cover. Check of system of cooling under superfluous pressure and check of setup of valves of a cover of a radiator is recommended also.
