Shift of wheels


The regulations of servicing provided below (see the table), the including list of works and periodicity of their carrying out, are focused on conditions of normal operation of the car according to its appointment:

– transportation of passengers and cargoes with observance of restrictions on loading and the recommended pressure of air in the tires given on the plate which is pasted at an end face of a driver's door;
– operation on roads with rather high quality of a covering within admissible restrictions on movement modes.

Explanations to the maintenance table

All works on the maintenance, given in the table, are in detail described below in the management. At carrying out the next servicing before the beginning of operation of the car be convinced that removed details all previously and knots are again established on the car and all necessary repair work is carried out. Use only the recommended oils and operational liquids.

Check of belts of a drive of units

Examine a belt of a drive of the generator, the pump of the steering amplifier and the compressor of the conditioner of air. In the presence of signs of wear or damages (cracks, stratifications etc.) replace a belt. Adjust a belt tension.

Replacement of engine oil and oil filter

Always use engine oil of a level of quality not below SG or SSMS G4/G5. Engine oils with designation of SG possess higher operational properties in comparison with oils of a level of quality of SF/CC or SF/CD. In oil marking designation of SG can meet as separately, and in combinations of SG/CC, SG/CD.

Viscosity of engine oil

Viscosity of engine oil influences fuel profitability of the car and starting properties of the engine in cold weather. Less viscous oil improves fuel profitability and facilitates engine start-up at low temperatures. However at high temperature of air lubricant properties of low-viscous engine oil worsen and more viscous engine oil is required. Engine operation on not recommended engine oils can result in fast wear of details and an engine exit out of operation.

Service of system of cooling of the engine

Merge, wash out system of cooling and fill in new cooling liquid.

Replacement of the fuel filter

Replace the fuel filter through each 45 open companies of km of run of the car. The filter is located on the right side under a car Body about a fuel tank.

Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier

Replace filtering element through each 30 000 km of run of the car. At car operation in the conditions of a strong dust content of air replacement of a filtering element should be made more often.

Fastening of the case of a butterfly valve

Check an inhaling of fixing bolts. If necessary tighten bolts a dinamomentrichesky key (the moment of an inhaling of 17 Nanometers).

Replacement of spark plugs

Replace spark plugs new the same type.

Type: EXPERT Toure of R45ХLS.

Gap: 0,7–0,8 mm (DOHC Engine) or 1,0–1,1 mm (SOHC Engine).

Check of wires of a high voltage

Clear wires and check serviceability of isolation. Check protective caps of wires on a cover of the distributor and the ignition coil. If necessary replace faulty wires.

Service of brake system

Check a condition of brake shoes of disk and drum-type brake mechanisms through each 15 000 km of run of the car or time in 12 months. Carefully measure thickness of overlays of brake shoes. If the residual thickness of brake slips is insufficient for normal operation of brake mechanisms before the following servicing of the car (through 15 000 km), replace blocks or overlays for the new. Check and if necessary clean an opening сапуна in a cover of a tank of the main brake cylinder.

Transmission service

Transmission oil of a transmission with manual switching does not demand replacement during all term of operation. Oil in an automatic transmission and the oil filter are subject to replacement through each 75 000 km of run or 60 months, depending on that will come quicker.

Check of a condition of tires and wheels, shift of wheels

Check a condition of tires and existence of signs of abnormal wear or damages. For extension of service life of a set of tires periodically rearrange wheels according to given on fig. Shift of wheels by the scheme. At non-uniform and fast wear of protectors of tires check corners of installation of wheels. Besides, check serviceability of wheels. After dismantle of wheels from the car check a condition of brake system according to indications of point "Check of a condition of brake system" subsection "At each replacement of oil".
