16.10. Back suspension bracket assembled

 To remove or disconnect

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To lift the car and to remove back wheels.
2. The heatreflective screen of system of production of the fulfilled gases from the car bottom.
3. To measure free length of a carving tip of draft of the parking brake.
3а. A being self-stopped nut from draft of the parking brake.
3б. A lock plate from the equalizer lever.
3в. A cable of a drive of the parking brake from the equalizer lever.
3г. A cable of a drive of the parking brake from directing, located on the transmission tunnel.
3д. To disconnect plastic plugs from a hook on a fuel tank and to take aside the exhaust silencer.
4. To bring a hydraulic jack with a suitable support under one of levers back to bring and a little to raise it.
5. To disconnect pipelines of a brake drive from brake hoses at support howling arms and to remove clamps.
5а. To disconnect brake hoses from an arm.
5б. To put on caps or to muffle jams of an opening of pipelines in order to avoid dirt hit.
6. Shock-absorbers.
7. Bolts 23 from hinges of levers of a back suspension bracket. To lower a hydraulic jack.
8. Springs 28 back suspension brackets. If necessary to wring out the lever down, having inserted into a shock-absorber arm the lever, and to remove a spring 28. In a similar order to dismantle a spring 28 and the shock-absorber 7 on other party of the car.
9. To substitute a hydraulic jack under the middle of a beam of a back suspension bracket.
9а. A bolt 23 from an arm on the Body bottom.
9б. To lower a jack with a beam of a back suspension bracket. To place a cable of the parking brake on the exhaust silencer.
9в. To remove a beam of a back suspension bracket from a jack (together), to establish and clamp it in a vice, using safety linings.

To disassemble

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn out the lock screw and to remove a brake drum. If necessary to take away back by means of a screw-driver razzhimny the lever of the parking brake.
2. To take out a protective cap 17 of a nave 12.
3. To take out шплинт 15 and to unscrew a nut of the 16th pin.
3а. To dismantle a nave 12 from a pin.
4. To unbend collars of fastening of cables of the parking brake, located on a back suspension bracket.
5. To unscrew bolts and to remove basic brake disks from levers of a back suspension bracket. To remove cardboard laying.
6. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to dismantle the stabilizer 25. If necessary to weaken stabilizer landing in nests to use a drift.
7. To disconnect cables of a drive of the parking brake from fastenings on levers of a back suspension bracket.

To collect

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To insert the stabilizer 25 into a new beam of a back suspension bracket and bolts in openings of heads of the stabilizer. To screw nuts and to tighten bolts the moment of 80 Nanometers.
2. To cover the back party of a basic brake disk contacting to cardboard laying, a thin layer of hermetic. To establish into place cardboard laying.
3. To grease fixing bolts with a thin layer of fixing structure and to fix basic brake disks on suspension bracket levers. To tighten bolts the moment of 28 Nanometers.
4. To attach drive cables stoyanochno го brakes to fastenings on levers of a back suspension bracket. To bend collars.
5. To grease a pin with konsistentny greasing for bearings and to establish a nave 12. To fix a nave a lock washer 14 and a nut 16. To tighten a nut the 16th moment of 16 Nanometers. To adjust nave bearings.
6. To establish brake drums and lock screws.

To establish or attach

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish (together) a beam of a back suspension bracket assembled on a hydraulic jack. To place a cable of a drive of the parking brake on the exhaust silencer.
2. To lift a beam of a suspension bracket and to attach it to arms on the Body bottom.
2а. To substitute a hydraulic jack with a suitable support under one of levers and a few to raise it.
3. The bottom buffer of a spring 27, a spring 28 and the top elastic ring 29 in the Body glass.
4. In addition to raise a jack the lever of a suspension bracket and to insert a shock-absorber 7 eye into an arm.
4а. If openings of an arm and an eye of the shock-absorber are not coaxial, to level them by means of a core.
4б. To insert a bolt 8, to screw a nut 9 and to tighten it the moment of 69 Nanometers.
4в. To lower a jack.
5. To fix brake hoses in kronshty нах on a beam of a back suspension bracket, to establish collars. To connect pipelines of a brake drive to hoses.
6. To establish a cable of the parking brake in a hook on a fuel tank and in an arm on the Body bottom.
7. To attach to draft of the parking brake the equalizer, a cable and to screw a nut. The nut should be in the same situation, as before dismantling (see operation 3 on dismantle of a beam of a back suspension bracket).
8. To lower it is a little car and to establish back wheels.
9. At the released lever of the parking brake to adjust the provision of a nut on draft of the parking brake so that slowly rotating back wheels started to be braked.
10. To adjust bearings of naves of wheels.
11. To lower the car and to tighten bolts of fastening of wheels the moment of 90 Nanometers.
12. In the static provision of the suspension bracket corresponding to the equipped mass of the car to insert into arms bolts of 23 fastenings of hinges of levers of a suspension bracket, to screw nuts 21 and to tighten them the moment of 95 Nanometers.
13. To adjust back brake mechanisms.
13а. To let the air out from a hydraulic actuator of brakes (to pump over hydrosystem).
13б. To check tightness of hydrosystem.
13в. To adjust the parking brake.
