The sensor of absolute pressure in the inlet pipeline (DAD)
DAD is intended for pressure transformation in the inlet pipeline which depends on loading of the engine and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft, in electric tension.
At the closed butterfly valve tension of a signal of DAD low, and at an open zaslonka – high. In process of butterfly valve opening the signal of DAD changes in an opposite direction in comparison with vacuum gage indications. DAD использу ется also for measurement of atmospheric pressure at the idle engine that allows EBU to adapt algorithms of management for concrete height above sea level.
EBU feeds DAD with 5 V.Izmeneniye's basic tension of pressure in the inlet pipeline causes corresponding change of electric resistance of DAD and tension of a signal. By tension of a signal of DAD EBU determines pressure in the inlet pipeline. At a high pressure (a low razryazheniye) DAD gives out a signal of a high voltage and EBU increases supply of fuel in the Engine. At low pressure (a high razryazheniye) tension of a signal of DAD decreases and EBU reduces supply of fuel. At refusal of DAD or conducting of EBU establishes a code of malfunction 33.
DAD is used for measurement of atmospheric pressure. At the included ignition and the EBU idle engine uses DAD signal for correction of management by structure of a toplivovozdushny mix (compensation of changes of density of air which depends on height above sea level). High-rise compensation allows to reduce adverse influence of height above sea level on level of emissions of harmful substances with the fulfilled gases and on engine capacity. The value of atmospheric pressure which is storing in memory of EBU periodically is updated at uniform movement of the car and during complete opening of a butterfly valve.
