DKK is established in the final pipeline and is washed by a stream of the fulfilled gases. Depending on the content of oxygen in the fulfilled gases tension of a signal of the sensor changes. Tension of a signal can change from 0,1 In (the high content of oxygen – a poor toplivovozdushny mix) to 0,9 In (the low content of oxygen – a rich toplivovozdushny mix). Tension of a signal of DKK it is possible to measure by the digital voltmeter with full resistance not less than 10 megohms. Use of the ordinary voltmeter will give a big error of measurement. Constantly supervising tension of a signal of DKK, EBU develops teams of correction of amount of fuel injected into the inlet pipeline. At a low voltage of a signal of DKK (a poor toplivovozdushny mix) EBU increases supply of gasoline, at a high voltage of a signal (a rich toplivovozdushny mix) – supply of fuel decreases.

At a rupture of an alarm wire of DKK EBU establishes a code of malfunction 13. In case of a constant low or high voltage of a signal of DKK the code of malfunction 44 or 45 is established respectively. Codes 44 and 45 can be established also at malfunctions of system of injection of fuel.


DKK is supplied with constantly fixed wire with the socket on the end. It is forbidden to disconnect a wire from DKK. Damage of the socket or a wire will lead to failure of the sensor.

It is necessary to show care at the address with DKK. On электричес a lump the socket and in a crack for access of atmospheric air there should not be a greasing, a dust etc. It is not necessary to apply any solvents to sensor cleaning. It is necessary to be careful of falling and ill-treatment of DKK.
