GENERAL INFORMATION

Adjustment of an initial corner of an advancing of ignition

 


The contactless system of ignition is intended for compulsory ignition compressed in the cylinder of the engine of a working mix. Ignition of a mix is reached by means of a spark between candle electrodes. High moshchnostny indicators and good fuel profitability of the engine at simultaneous reduction of number of harmful emissions in the atmosphere with the fulfilled gases are provided an electron ache system of regulation of a corner of an advancing of ignition (SROZ) which operates ся engine EBU.
To count the moment of ignition, EBU should supervise the following parameters:

– angle of rotation of a cranked shaft;
– frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft;
– engine loading (a razryazheniye in an inlet collector);
– atmospheric pressure;
– temperature of cooling liquid of the engine;
– formation of a basic signal of a high voltage. This signal allows EBU to calculate frequency of rotation and the angular provision of a cranked shaft;
– formation of a basic signal of a low voltage. The corresponding wire is connected to "weight" in the ignition block. Existence of tension can break normal work of system of ignition. Therefore the rupture of this wire can lead to deterioration of performance data of SROZ and engine capacity reduction;
– management of the shunt. At achievement of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft about 400 rpm of EBU operating tension 5 In for switching of function of regulation on ignition oпeрежения from the ignition block on EBU submits on the SZ plug. At short circuit on "weight" or a rupture of a wire of EBU establishes a code of malfunction 42 and transfers function of regulation of a corner of an advancing of ignition to the ignition block. The gap or short circuit on "mass" of an alarm wire of SROZ leads to delivery of a code of malfunction 42 and to SROZ shutdown. Thus the corner of an advancing is established by the ignition block without EBU participation. At regulation of a corner of an advancing of ignition of EBU обрабатыва ет signals of sensors of pressure in an inlet collector (DAD) and temperatures of cooling liquid (DTZh). The algorithm of work of EBU provides:
      • increase in an advancing of ignition at a low voltage of a signal of DAD and at low temperature of cooling liquid;
      • reduction of an advancing of ignition at a high voltage of a signal of DAD and at high temperature of cooling liquid. Therefore the detonation, as a rule, arises at a low voltage of a signal of DAD or at high electric resistance of a termistor of DTZh. Reduction of engine capacity can be observed at a high voltage of a signal of DAD or at low electric resistance of a termistor of DTZh.
