In most cases for detection and elimination of the reasons of external leakages of working liquid it is not required to dismantle transmission from the car.
General method
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To be convinced that really working liquid of transmission follows. |
| 2. Carefully to clear and wipe dry a suspicious place on a transmission case. |
| 3. To test the car run for distance about 24 km or before transmission warming up to normal working temperature (88 °C). |
| 4. To establish the car on a leaf of a pure cardboard or paper. |
| 5. To muffle the Engine and to examine the enclosed paper on existence of oil spots. |
| 6. To eliminate the found reasons of leakages of working liquid. |

Localization of leaks by means of powder
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Carefully to clear and wipe dry a suspicious place on a transmission case. |
| 2. To cover a suspicious place with powder from aerosol packing. |
| 3. To test the car run for distance about 24 km or before transmission warming up to the normal worker температу ры (88 ° C). |

| 3. To eliminate the found reasons of leakages of working liquid. |

Elimination of the reasons of leakages of working liquid
After detection of places of leaks it is necessary to eliminate the reasons which have led to leakages of working liquid. The following reasons of leakages of working liquid are possible:
– cлабая inhaling of carving connections;
– corrosion damages and pollution of a carving of openings to a case of transmission or fixing details;
– shift, damage or wear of laying and consolidations;
– damage or a buckling of condensed openings and the planes;
– existence of jags or other damages on the roller of the switch of ranges;
– increased люфт and wear of bearings which results in fast wear of consolidations and plugs;
– defects of molding of a case and covers (porosity);
– too high level of working liquid;
– contamination of a ventilating opening (сапуна);
– availability of water or antifreeze in working liquid of transmission;
– zabivaniye of drain openings. |
