Prevention

In order to avoid burns steam and splashes of OZh it is forbidden to open a cover of a broad tank when the Engine did not cool down yet.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To merge OZh, having removed the bottom hose 15.

2. Forward cover of a gear belt.

3. Cogwheels of cam-shafts and cranked shaft.

4. Gear belt of the gas-distributing mechanism.

5. To turn out bolts and to remove a back cover of a gear belt.

6. To weaken a collar and to remove a hose 12 from the thermostat case 13.

7. To turn out 2 bolts and to remove the thermostat case 13 with a sealing ring, fig. Dismantle of the case of the thermostat.

8. To take out the thermostat B from a nest in a head of cylinders, fig. Thermostat dismantle.

To check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To check existence on a saddle of the valve of the extraneous particles interfering dense closing of the valve.

2. To check serviceability of the thermostat.

To clear

The case of the thermostat and the interfaced plane of a head of cylinders with solvent use.

1. The thermostat B in a nest of a head of the block of cylinders.

2. The thermostat case 13 with new condense with a telny ring. To screw bolts And, fig. Thermostat dismantle. To tighten bolts of fastening of the case of the thermostat the moment of 10 Nanometers.

3. A hose 12 to the thermostat 13 case to fix a collar.

4. Back cover of a gear belt. To screw bolts. To tighten bolts of fastening of a back cover of a gear belt the moment of 22 Nanometers.

5. Cogwheels on cam-shafts and a cranked shaft. To tighten a fastening bolt зубчато го cam-shaft wheels the moment of 45 Nanometers, and a bolt of a cogwheel of a cranked shaft – 55 Nanometers.

6. Gear belt of the gas-distributing mechanism.

Prevention

After installation of a belt it is necessary to check correctness of installation of angular provision of cam-shafts and a cranked shaft.
