The system of cooling is intended for maintenance of temperature of the engine in a working range in any service conditions and at various modes of loading of the engine. When the Engine is not heated-up, the System of cooling works with small efficiency, promoting fast achievement of normal working temperature of the engine. The system of cooling includes a shirt of cooling of the engine, a radiator, a broad tank, the fan, the thermostat in the case, the pump with a belt drive.
Cooling liquid gets the pump from a radiator and moves in a shirt of cooling of the block, a head of cylinders and the inlet pipeline. Then liquid again gets to a radiator where it is cooled.
The radiator is connected to the broad tank providing possibility of expansion of liquid at heating and maintenance of normal level of cooling liquid in system. Feature of system of cooling of the car is lack of a jellied mouth on a radiator. The system of cooling refuels liquid through a mouth of a broad tank.
On the car the radiator with the horizontal stream, consisting of aluminum tubes and the edges connected to plastic lateral tanks is established.
At the car equipment the automatic transmission in the left radiatorny tank establishes the heat exchanger for cooling of oil of transmission.
On a radiator the crane for plum of cooling liquid from system is established.
The transparent broad tank similar to used for liquid of a washer, is connected by a hose to a radiator At engine warming up temperature of cooling liquid increases and it extends. The part of liquid and a shirt of cooling flows from a radiator in a broad tank.
Here the coolings which have got to system air jams are removed. After engine switching off the temperature of cooling liquid decreases and its volume is reduced. The part of liquid comes back to a radiator and a cooling shirt. Thus, the broad tank allows to support constantly normal level of cooling liquid and excludes its losses. For control of level of cooling liquid on a wall of a broad tank labels the MOVE and M1N between which there should be a level are put.
The centrifugal pump consists of the case and a shaft with a lopastny wheel and a cogwheel of a belt drive. The pump is established ahead of cross-section located engine and is brought into rotation by a gear belt. The pump is not subject to repair and at refusal is replaced assembled.
The thermostat with a wax filler regulates circulation of cooling liquid on cooling system. The thermostat is established an about target branch pipe of a shirt of cooling of the engine. On the cold engine the valve of the thermostat blocks a way of liquid to a radiator, thereby, promoting fast warming up of the engine to normal working temperature. After achievement of normal temperature the valve of the thermostat opens and liquid starts to circulate through a radiator. At the closed valve of the thermostat cooling liquid circulates on a shirt of cooling of the engine and via the heat exchanger of a heater which quickly heats up and provides effective work of system of heating and обдува glasses. After warming up of the engine and opening of the valve of the thermostat liquid circulation through a radiator possessing high ability to disseminate to warmly cooling liquid in air begins. The operation of the thermostat which is showing in regulation of a stream of cooling liquid through a radiator, allows to support a working range of temperature of the engine in various service conditions of the car. Diameter of the pyatilopastny fan is equal 300 mm. The fan is given in rotation by the built-in electric motor. The fan works as follows.
1) At the switched-off conditioner or at absence on the car of the conditioner of air. At temperature of cooling liquid is higher 90 ° About the fan automatically joins for small speed of rotation on a signal of the temperature sensor of a radiator. High speed of rotation of the fan joins at temperature of cooling liquid above 105 ° With by means of the relay of the fan which copes the electronic block (EBU) of the engine.
2) At the switched-on conditioner.
Small speed of the fan joins the relay of electromagnetic coupling of the compressor of central air of air. At turning on of the compressor the fan constantly works at small speed. High speed of rotation of the fan joins by means of the relay of the fan which EBU depending on temperature of cooling liquid (above 105 ° C), an operating mode of the conditioner and speed of movement of the car copes.
The electric sensor of temperature of cooling liquid (DTZh) is connected to EBU entrance. If the signal of DTZh corresponds to liquid temperature above 105 ° With, EBU includes the maximum speed of rotation of the fan. At decrease in temperature of liquid to 102 ° With EBU switches the fan for small speed.
