Serviceability and the correct tension of a belt are necessary conditions of normal operation of the generator of an electric current. Replace a belt if it cracked or torn. For check of a tension press a hand thumb a belt between pulleys with effort about 10 kgfs. The deflection of a belt should make 10–15 mm. |
