GENERAL INFORMATION

Device and functioning bases

The electric motor of a drive of a regulator of headlights works from an onboard electric chain and joins the driver. The worm screw gear provides transformation of a rotary motion of a shaft of the electric motor to forward moving of a pusher of a regulator. The pusher sharnirno-connecting with a reflector of a headlight moves forward or back and turns a reflector of rather motionless spherical support. Turn of a headlight occurs in the vertical plane. The on a bigger corner will turn down a headlight reflector, the optical axis of a headlight below is lowered and the light spot on the road (and on the contrary) is closer to those to the car. Thus at turn by the driver of the button of the regulator located on the control panel, down – reflectors of headlights turn rather motionless hinges down and axes of light bunches fall. If the driver turns the regulator button up, axes of light bunches of headlights rise.

Two persons on forward seats (the driver and one passenger)

Situation 1: the driver and four passengers in salon

Situation 2: the driver and four passengers in salon plus cargo in a luggage carrier (to 160 kg)

Situation 3: the driver and cargo to 350 kg in a luggage carrier

1) At the included ignition to disconnect the socket of the switch of a regulator of headlights.

2) To attach the voltmeter to the plug 2 sockets of the switch and "weight", to measure tension. If tension differs from nominal rate, to check conducting on existence of a gap and serviceability of a safety lock No. 6.

3) To measure electric resistance between plugs 2 and 4 of the socket of the switch of a regulator of headlights. If the measured resistance differs from nominal rates, it is necessary to replace the switch of a regulator of headlights.
